Policies

Cancellation Policy

 If you find you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a 24 hour or more notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours from your reserved appointment time may result in a 50% charge of the price of the scheduled services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services provided no refunds will be given for services however, I want you happy with your hair so if you have any concerns please contact me within 48 hours of your service so we can work out a solution together. Refunds on retail will not be provided however if a product is faulty an exchange will be permitted.

Payment Policy

A card on file will be required at the time of scheduling for all new clients and for all services. All US issued and most non-US issued cards as well as cash are accepted methods of payment. Services such as Venmo and Cash App are not accepted.

Services will be adjusted to accommodate a late arrival and will end at scheduled time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled depending on the nature of the service.
